Cherry-coloured Funk

I used to work a barista job where I had to clock in at 5am, and this song was on my playlist that I would listen to at 4:30am on the way there. At that time in the morning, the only people on the roads were me and the semi trucks. It was always so eerily calm, driving to work while everyone else slept. I will always be transported back to that time when I hear this song.
